Revenue & cost - Branch revenue to be 3.5 times of the branch cost.
Half of the branch salary cost to be generated from TPP products/ Currency
Product - Equity/ Currency/ TPP and any other new launch.
Customers - Ensure proper segregation for OWS and TWS customers to the RMs.
Average of 30-35 active clients mapped per dealer.
Manpower (Nos.) - Ensure reasonable capacity utilization of seats.
Mapping adequate no. of customers to the OWS and TWS.
Geography - Manage the clients in the locality within the said radius.
- Ensure branch productivity,
- Monitor brokerage of the branch/dealer.
- Monitors Customer calling/trading.
- Monitoring income from other product.
- New addition of customer.
- Activation/Managing of the customer in the branch.
- Resolving customer concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction across all levels.
- Update top customers of all branches of event/market movements.
- Coordinating with research team for advice/review of portfolio for top customers on regular basis.
- Conduct joint visits to customers and HDFC Bank branch with the Relationship Managers for maintaining and building the relationship.
- Maintaining relations with Cluster Heads from HDFC Bank.
- Coordinate with product/retail team for support.
- Coordinating with the local bank branch for customer references
- Ensuring all systems are working fine and as per compliance (CLIP/ VRS/ Jamoon)
- Ensure strict adherence of risk & compliance norms.
- Conduct random VRS checks.
Detailed JD will be discussed upon selection.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have minimum 5-10 years in the relevant field.
- Must have team handling experience in Banking/Broking companies.
- Should have atleast 3 years as a Branch Manager / Team Leader.
- Must be a Graduate with good communication skills.
