Job Description
We are looking for Business Analyst with Clarity tool for our team, kindly find the JD and details below:
Exp. Level: 3-6 Years
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience working with time entry & financial system modules such as Clarity & SAP
- 3-5 years of internal system/internal end user support
- 3-5 years of database system support & maintenance
- 2 or more years experience working with Salesforce
- 2 or more years experience working with SharePoint
- 2 or more years experience working with a proprietary database
- familiarity with Coupa, or similar systems
- familiarity with Concur Travel & Expense System or similar systems
- expert knowledge level of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office products as needed to design documentation for end users
- excellent time management skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision but still work with a team
- process analysis background helpful
- ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently and prioritize tasks appropriately
- ability to deliver strategic process recommendation to coordinate and facilitate between multiple functional areas in an effort to drive process
- ability to grasp business concepts quickly and drive efforts to improve operational efficiencies
- business analysis skills/background
- should preferably have some technology background and be able to relate it to internal efforts and system tools
- efficient organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- strong people, team and business relationship skills
- excellent documentation & presentation skills
