We are hiring Territory Manager for Gold Loan Branches- Erode , Madurai , Tenkasi & Tirunelveli.

Candidates with great experience in Gold Loan Sales and handling big teams & ensuring target achievements from each one of them.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/ Financial business within its territory.
• Leading a Team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth.
• Identifying & taking initiatives for launching new branches across the assigned territory.
• Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth.
• Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
• Training the sales team on all the financial activities from time to time.
• Maintaining quality of the business by tracking and controlling the team.
• Coaching and mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduates/ Post Graduates with minimum 5-10 years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.
• Should be ready to travel extensively.
• Should be able to handle 10-20 branches within its territory.
• Candidates with Gold Loan experience & Team handling is must.
