We as Precision Products began our journey as a company in 1986 that made Sheet Metal Components & Plastic Molded items. After these first radiators, the firm expanded its portfolio with the production of Heat Sinks.
In 2011, we entered into an extensive line of residential and commercial products which incorporate style and innovation into Cisterns, Seat covers, Faucets, Showers, Sink, Household and Accessories for the consumer. Our presence started to spread across India as well as in UAE & Nepal with the Brand name of Pearl.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with reporting manager to achieve revenue goals.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Must have selling skills.
  • Planning and implementation of Sales strategies to connect with the
  • potential DISTRIBUTERS and to retain the existing clientele.
  • Ensure desired quality of business, need based selling & right product
  • mix to achieve the required persistency standards.
  • Determine clients Needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions,
  • Prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Be responsible for cost management & profitability.
  • Ensure a high level of quality service to CHANNEL PARTNER /potential customers.


Experience Candidate should have experience in Telecom,Insurance orBank Industry of
0 to 1 year

Salary: 15k to 18k per month in hand
Qualification: Graduate in any field Thanks& Regards
