Job Description
Nexdigm hiring Qlikview developers for its Client Mumbai, Excellent English Communication required.
Place of work - Mumbai
In this role, you will be working with the top level professionals at our Clients end from their European Headquarters in various areas of Corporate functions. Dynamic, challenging and agile environment of Corporate opens doors to the fast development and growth as a part of the impactful projects with the high visibility.
- Coordinate and/or act as Project Manager of complex activities related to dashboard development (collection, validation, visualization and analysis)
- Identify risks and challenges during the planning phase to apply mitigation plan before the execution phase of the project
- Develop applications focused on measurement of the activities and processes in QlikView
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Build and improve insightful & interactive reports as per business requirements with a view to sustainability/repeatability
- Support Corporate functions directly in order to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Prepare (clean, transform, sort) complex data sets to make them suitable for analysis
- Define structured methodology & sets of rules for data quality & data validation
- Perform first level of interpretation on data (trends, patterns, key messages)
- Define and prepare visual reports (e.g. power point) to present conclusions to management
- Create exhaustive documentation on process and business requirements
- Build understanding of the Corporate functions in detail to be able to explore automation potential
- Apply internal rules (HARP, internal policies, etc.) to interpret the data
- Act as a gatekeeper of business process requirements pipeline
- Challenge requirements from different angles applying professional experience, logical thinking and common sense to achieve the best possible outcome
- Apply a zoom-in zoom-out approach in identifying the best solution, always ensuring that the steps taken are coherent with the program vision
- Active participation in the Analytical/Reporting/AI forums/workshops to oversee current trends in the technology and systems
- Train other members of the team/company to build awareness/best practices and common knowledge about the tools and strategy
