US Health care domain knowledge, RCM, Clinical WFs, Client Handling skills, Slicing of stories
Clinical workflows / prior work experience in US Healthcare IT. Deep understanding of BA/ PO responsibilities, like backlog grooming, backlog maintenance, user story creation, user story slicing, prioritizing.
Infection control solutions or clinical lab. Good knowledge of Agile practices/processes. Having a post graduate degree in hospital management
For PO- Clinical
- Working experience in at least one EMR/EHR
- Understanding of Patient journey outpatient/inpatient
- CPOE order sets/Pharmacy orders
- Clinical documentation
- Laboratory workflows/Radiology workflows ( not mandatory if they have to know both, at least one dept is good).
- Knowledge of ICD code, snowmed etc ( desirable).
- Working knowledge/hands on at least one EMR/EHR on core modules.
For PO- RCM
- US Health care domain knowledge, Revenue Cycle Management Client Handling skills, Slicing of stories
Expected to have some working experience in all or at least few of the process mentioned below:
- Candidate should have thorough knowledge on patients life cycle (like patient scheduling and registration to final payment)
- Patient registration and scheduling
- Benefit Authorization
- Coding and compliance
- Charge capture
- Claim submission
- Billing and reconciliation.
- Payment posting.
- Denial management
- Provider enrolment
