Job Description
Jubilant Piping Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Marketing Manager for Plant Location.

Job Responsibilities:
- Review the domestic/export inquiries received from clients.
- Discuss the requirement with client for technical and commercial deviation if any.
- Submission of the offer to client before due date.
- Follow-up and meeting with client for techno commercial discussion/negotiation and order placement.
- Keeping track of the Projects.
- Vendor registration and approvals.
- Review the purchase order received from client and prepares the contract review and creates sales order in system as per purchase order.
- Submit the relevant techno commercial documents to client and follow up for its approval.
- Keep tracking of dispatch of the goods and documentation handling.
- Follow up for payment with the customer.
- Timely Resolving Technical & Commercial Queries
- Coordination with order execution team, Quality team, Excise department and Dispatch of finished goods to the clients, dealing with Third Party Inspection Agencies for necessary inspection
- Review purchase order, issue order acceptance, and generating sales order as per the terms and condition of the contract.
- Ensure effective Communication/Coordination with Customers for timely order execution as per techno commercial terms.
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for external clients and internal departments.
- Resolve queries and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal department.
- Handling overall marketing activities which involve pre order activities and post order activities.
- Pre-order activities include inquiry generation, technical discussion with customers, Offer submission tender/bid submission, price negotiation, and customer visit for order finalization.
- Post order activities include order issuance for manufacturing, coordination with plant for manufacturing schedule, quality requirement discussion with production team as well as QA team, follow-up for the technical documentations from plant as per customer requirement, LC establishment, approval of technical document, inspection schedule for customer, dispatch of material in which I am doing container planning, export documentation and payment clearance from customer.
