Job Description

We are looking for a South Indian Executive Chef freelancer who has prior experience of min 4-5 years having their expertise in south indian receipes only.

Job Description-

• Responsible for reviewing the menu of top notch clients.
• Training the team for making south indian recepies briefly
• Taking the project trials over the clients place.
• Kitchen team selection and Conducting Kitchen team training.
• Speciality for menu planning in south indian chain outlets
• Conducting training and trials for the kitchen team in Recipes, Menu portion size setting, automation, kitchen processes, etc.
• Core expertise for podi,idli, sambhar, meals, chutney, vadas.
• Automated process for cooking and training the team for receipe planning and proportioning.
• Making the receipe SOP'S and planning the menu.

SALARY PACKAGE - PAY SCALE VARIABLE DEPENDS ON PROJECT SIZE.

CAN BE DISCUSSED IN THE INTERVIEW

(MINIMUM RS.10000/-RS.30000/- PER PROJECT )

DURATION- 2 weeks.
