Job Description
1. To be responsible for Coaching students (age group will be 3-15 years) for Math and English class in Learning center.2. Preparing and conducting students study plan (online and offline) on daily basis.
3. Responsible for parent and student consultation for enrollment in learning center.
4. Responsible for effective feedback of students study plan and progress to their parents.
5. To build and maintain thorough product knowledge through completion of Eye Level Products.
6. To work closely with other teams to identify any issues and concerns regarding center operation as and when required and/or directed
7. Support for Marketing activity for center.
8. Conducting Diagnostic Test as per the Eye Level Method and determining the starting point for each student
9. Student Progress Planning and Tracking
10. Managing and Tracking the center materials
11. Help to instruct and guide students during the classes
12. Mark, record and prepare worksheets for classes
13. Interact with parents to address their queries, concerns and update them on student Progress
Required Candidate profile
1. Our International Supplementary Learning Center is currently seeking a Full-time Teacher. The program offered Eye Level - has presence across 19 countries in the world and taught over 2.5 million students worldwide. The children age group catered to be 3-14 years of age and the program caters to a holistic development of the child's Math and Language skills. The focus of the company is to encourage self-directed guidance based learning.
3. Excellent command and fluent in English Language.
4. Good command over concepts of Math
5. Can make good rapport with parents and children and open to feedback by center manager and parents
6. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. Willing to learn and evolve.
8. Computer literate in a variety of packages including Word, Excel
