Job Description

We are looking to hire for the position of Construction/Project Engineer. These are the basic requirements
1. Should have an experience of a minimum of 2 years in Construction/Projects in the Solar industry.
2. Should have a good working knowledge of the construction or project management role.
3. Should be from the Solar Industry only.

Roles and Responsibility: Work closely with Sales and Engineering to offer the best solution for each project.
Work with internal Operations team throughout project development and implementation
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation.
Visit job sites for project development, installation progress, punch-outs, etc.
Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Overseeing construction engineering processes.
Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

Desired Candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization.
In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours, when relevant.
