1. Computer Hardware Troubleshooting
2. Should have knowledge on new installation
3. OS Installation/ Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows 8/10 Pro)
4. Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts
5. Configuration of OS/Networking Printer
6. Installation and configuration of Antivirus , Basic knowledge of software Installation
7. MS office 2019 and MS Excel configuration
8. Have basic knowledge of switching and Wifi configuration
9. Call logging with vendors. (HP, DELL, etc)
Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Good Communication in English and Hindi Experience: Min 0 to 3 years
