Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
Your day to day interaction is with peers within Celebron before updating supervisors
You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective clients
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
Must have 3+ years of proven experience into Domestic IT recruitment.
Must have experience into IT Staffing company
Exposure to Stakeholder/ Client Management
Good experience on various job portals
Client handling/Client interaction experience is must.
Good at communication skills and analytical skills
Looking for early joiners
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with job requirements for IT roles.
Solid knowledge of social media as it applies to human resources management.
