Job Description

Generate sales order for domestic marketing as well as international marketing for (local order) Generation of indent sales order for commission income Creation of Bond Transfer & High Seas Sales order. Handling query from customers/marketing related to Dispatch Communicate with marketing teams forpending order & other information Coordinate with excise team for moving of goods & information related to Dispatch Coordinate with production team & import team for stock availability Follow up with finance department for payment status of customer Advance Payment New customer/ Product Creation in SAP as per requirement of Marketing team Maintaining / Amendment customerdata base in SAP Respond to customer calls & marketing executive Share Individual Sales reports to marketing team Share sales report to Directors To implement New Report & amendment in SAP withhelp of IT Team
