Job Description

Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from reserving the hotels, booking the tickets , vehicles for our corporate & leisure clients.

Preparing itineraries & costings for B2B & B2C Domestic/International Holiday/Hotel/Tours/Packages.

Handle independently Domestic & International Air Tickets.

Able to negotiate excellent rates from hotels, vehicle vendors & b2b travel agents.

Knowledge of using online travel portals is must.

Should be well versed with all the holiday destinations in India and able to recommend good hotels & flights to our clients.

Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post-booking and helping with appropriate resolution.

Monthly Incentives are offered on basis of the performance.
