We at Vibrantzz are recruiting Customer Services agents for International BPO in both voice & non voice process

Excellent opportunity for freshers to start a career with BPO Industry & MNC

What we're looking for

Candidates with excellent communication skills in English

Minimum HSC qualification

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shifts & work from office

All documents ( pan card, aadhaar card, marksheets, offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips, Vaccination certificate, etc )

Location - Mumbai

Job Details :

Handling inbound & outbound calls

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

One side transport will be provided by the company

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

HSC/Graduate freshers are welcome

Salary range - 10.5k to 44k in hand apart from variable incentives

Location - Malad, Andheri, Powai, Thane, Airoli, Vikhroli
