Job Description

:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Identify Decision Makers & Influencers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements. Accurately access customers needs and issues to recommend the features, benefits and value of our service offerings specific to the customers need
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Set up meeting with the decision makers
  • Follow-up with sales team on updates
  • Keep the databases updated
  • Research for potential clients and industries online
  • Identify relevant exhibitions and meets of relevant industries
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects pan India
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and updates from Sales team.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of Inside Sale/ Pre-sales Experience in service industry
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
  • Excellent convincing skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Preferably Experienced in working with CRM tools Preferably
  • Experienced in working with SaaS Products or IT based Solutions Strong organisational skills

Qualifications:

Any Graduate in business and marketing
