Recruiting Channel partners and Bussiness Associates making them to get agents and motivating them to generate business with his team of Channel Partners.
Assisting Bussiness Associates for Business Calls to drive them to reach their targets.
Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank with good convincing skills and getting good references from the same customers.
Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships in branch as well as with the customer and customer references.
Use to have financial need analysis to Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet their needs.
Maximized customer satisfaction with quality Service.
Doing activity to generate leads for Recruitment and Business.
Giving training to Managers and advisors about new products.
Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers with good Investments and products.
