We are hiring for Financial Planning & Analyst.

Experience: 4 to 6 yrs.

Qualification:  MBA /PGDM

Industry: General Insurance.

CTC: up to 12LPA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leadership teams to drive the financial/strategic goals for the organization using data driven  analysis. 

  Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
• Partnering with business teams to set the annual budgets of their respective channels and monitor financial metrics monthly.
• Present the monthly business performance of various channels.
• Raising violations for various underwriting ratios w.r.t boundary conditions on monthly basis, finalizing actionable and ensuring implementation of actionable.
• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), variance analysis to identify the cause of unexpected variance.
• Prepare management reporting packs for timely reviews with actionable business insights.
• Calculating monthly payments to channels.
• Assisting in collation of commission payment grid approvals.
• Quality check of payment grids basis the guid.
• Implementation and adherence of the business processes and controls.
• Interacting with Auditors, fulfilling information requirements and reconciliations.
