Job Description
We are looking for passionate Full Stack developers who are proficient with Node.js and React.js, have a strong programming background and excellent analytical and communication skills. We are looking for minds to work on Nextgen frameworks and platforms, to develop features in the eCommerce and Retail domains. We welcome people who are creative-thinkers, self-driven and passionate.
In the role, you will focus on developing robust APIs which can scale and developing user interfaces, which interact with our client applications in a stable, intuitive and secure way. You will work in a DevOps mindset owning end to end responsibility of your work and leverage high degree of automation. You will work with agile multi-geography teams working on different layers of the platform and infrastructure, hence collaborative problem solving and quality product is key for this role.

We are looking for:
Engineering Graduates or Postgraduates with 2-7 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.JS and ES6 or ECMA 2015 (must have).
Knowledge of frameworks such as Express (Router set-up), StrongLoop, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of EventLoop architecture, promises, Axios, proficiency in REST-ful APIs, Node Debugging.
Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, Node Global variables and In-built libraries (e.g. Immutable.js).
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc.
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, SASS etc.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
Implementation of security and data protection.
Integration of data storage solutions (RDBMS, No SQL DB).
Familiarity with benchmarking and optimization.
Familiarity with front-end build pipeline & tools.
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Agile development experience in fast paced environment; working experience in small teams/pods/squads (highly desired).
Contribution to open source projects or experience working with open-source ecosystems will be a good addition to have.
Strong analytical skills, with a penchant for solving complex programming problems is appreciated.
