Understanding the Clients Requirements
Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description
Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, location, experience, etc.
Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening
Convincing the candidates to attend the interview
Finalising interview schedule with the interviewer
After interview, sharing feedback with the candidate
If the candidates are selected, then follow up with them for documentation, then salary negotiation, and till onboarding
