Job Description

Urgent hiring for the position of Chat process or Voice process for one of the best E- commerce / BPO company.

HSC with minimum 1 Year experience is required for this role.

Graduate Freshers can also apply for this job.

Shift Any 9 hours between 9:00 AM to  1:00 AM .

Candidates shall be having any 1 rotational week off.

Location : Mumbai & Thane

Age limit : 18 to 35

Roles & Responsibilities-

Managing incoming calls and customer service queries  

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Meet Customer service call handling quotas.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.

Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority

Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Candidates must be okay for 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.

Candidate must be fully vaccinated. 

Candidates must be comfortable for Work From Office.

Must have Excellent communication skills.
