Job Role : HR Recruiter

Objectives of this Role :
>Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
>Work closely with Ops leads and managers to understand the Job Description of the open position (Process Specific)
>Stay active in social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
> Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies

Roles and Responsibilities :
> Work and collaborate with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their process and better understand the hiring needs and job specifications
>Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and push on employee reference
> Screen resumes and prospects candidates who qualify for interview, and co-ordinate with Ops and client for the next rounds of interview till the final offer negotiation
> Maintain a database of candidate records, Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

Skills and Qualifications :
>Freshers or candidate with 1+ years experience in recruitment or human resources
>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
>Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and portal search
>Familiarity with job boards
>Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
>Ability to travel as needed if there are job fairs.
