Job Description

Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for Chemical Engineers

Manage daily operations in the plant facility

Work closely with plant and ensure the maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility

Optimize production by analyzing processes and compiling debottleneck studies.

Commercialization of new products, processes and equipments.

Using scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to solve problems and improve processes.

Designing, proposing, implementing, reviewing, and correcting plans to ensure company goals are achieved.

Observing production processes and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.

Using computers to compile and analyze data.

Establishing safety and waste management procedures.

Evaluate processes and equipments and do continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot problems with processes and implement changes as required.

Schedule and coordinate projects to align with deadlines and budgets. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

Remain in compliance with facility ISO,FSMS standards and all HSE guidelines

Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports

Maintain all production records.

Control costs to achieve company budget goals

Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.

Able to lead root cause analysis investigations

Implement 5S in work place
