Job Description:
Designing Medical Implants from Sample.
Understand nuances of similar products from application perspective and apply to designed product
Research about and Relevant Manufacturing Process, Process Limitations and Tolerances associated with it.
Create, update and maintain Repository of Part catalog Number designed.
Reverse Engineer Products Physically.
Create CAD Models from Traces from step 1
Create Variants of the Same Product using CAD.
Make Manufacturing drawing of all Variants.
Should be Proficient in CAD with focus on Solid and Surfacing Tools, Solid tools in Part Modelling, Part Assemblies, Configurations, Drawings
