Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
Good Technical knowledge of Router, Switches, Modem and Computer Networking.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
Graduate with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience from BPO Industry.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (Rotational Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts, work from Office only
