Job Summary Customer Service Representative 2 persons
Job description We're hiring a CSR for clientele handling and closing orders by inquiries.
Responsibility & Duties To answer the inquiries by mail or telephone, to communicate with customers and make a good relation in marketplace, also to quote the orders to customer if required, creating a good bridge of communication between clients and company person, he/she will be front desk person for us.
Qualification & Skills Graduated, sales & marketing or technical background will be preferred, very good communication skills English & Hindi both. Familiar with writing good mails, good command on MS office (Excel & Word), internet surfer.
Working Experience Should be working by 3 - 5 years.
