Key Responsibilities:

Strong in Technology Hiring.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Closely collaborate with managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination.
Work on different sourcing strategies & build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Manage end to end hiring process from Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent
Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Tech recruiter will execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent for the business with shortest turn around time for closures.
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard.
