Job Description

Unit Manager - Agency Channel is required by a reputed Insurance company for PAN India. 

Education : Minimum Graduate pass or Post Graduate ( any stream)

Experience : Minimum 1 to 6 years in any Sales Domain . Insurance experience is not mandatory need. 

Age : Less than 30 years 

Role : Customer  facing role in getting insurance business through Agency appointed.

Two wheeler with License is MUST

Salary :  Rs. 2.40 LPA to Rs.4.00 LPA for Metro and others at Rs.2.3LPA to Rs.3.20 LPA. Conveyance and monthly incentives  are additional as per company norms. 

Working Days : 6 days

Role : He/She will be responsible to identify and recruit quality advisos (Agency) to build insurance business. Ensure insurance selling thru advisors. Support advisors in lead generation,  prospecting and business development. Provide adequate training to advisors on the insurance products. Responsible for insurance sales as per company goals set. Achieve business targets each month.
