Job Title/Designation: L1 Sales Enablement - Trainer Employment Type: Third Party Contract Education Required: Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate / BBA / MBA Other

Skills: Must be able to use Laptop, Knowledge of MS office & Google Suite, Power Point is a must Must have good communication skills & control over regional language mandate.

Experience: Training domain with 1 to 2 years of Field/Sales Training experience (mandate)

location: List of the locations attached Workdays: 6 days a week (Work from warehouse/ Field location)

Life Insurance Functional area: Field Sales B2B, B2C Roles and Responsibilities basis Key Skills: Training Delivery: Should be able to train independently and drive sales via training interventions for B2B, B2C (multiple businesses - Online, Classroom and OJT sessions during the -New Hire Induction and Refresher trainings) Expected to train & travel (within the state), 80% of the working days Should be able to effectively communicate and simplify the topics Must be able to manage different types of learners Training Operations: Should be able to plan training calendar and coordinate with different teams Based on TNI/TNA plan, deploy multiple training programs for vivid businesses including refreshers on Product, Processes, Sales, Service Excellence Timely reporting, maintaining training records and adherence to standard procedures Assessed on Training - Sales driven score card Training Transition: Logistical arrangement for material in collaboration with training manager Implement training schedules for new launches (City wise, State wise, Business wise) Min 80% Travel inter & intrastate
