Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Chat Process (Telecom Billing Customer Support) JOB DESCRIPTION: International Chat Process (Telecom Billing Customer Support) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduate or Undergraduate WORK EXPERIENCE: -- Minimum 1 year International Chat experience (At least managed 2 chat at same time) -- Customer handling experience SKILLS AND ABILITIES: -- Telecom/ billing knowledge with sales acumen -- Should be comfortable with 100% chat -- Should have excellent English language skills -- COMMUNICATION SKILLS -- COMPUTER PROFICIENCY -- WORK SHIFTS: Rotational (work in 24/7 rotational shifts & Work From Office with 5 days working) -- LOCATION: Sec-127, Noida -- Cab Facility available both sided -- Salary:- 3.95 LPA to 4.35 LPA Contact: Aishwarya (hidden_mobile)
