One of the largest Partners of HP for their entire product range including Desktop, Laptop, Workstation, Server, Storage, Networking, Printers, Scanners, Plotters etc etc. We also deal with many more IT products from different other manufacturers also for Networking, Security Surveillance etc .

Our main Job is to work as a system integrator with different customers ( Mostly Govt Customers and Large Educational Institute) and to provide warranty and post warranty Maintenance service support at customers places .

We are in the process of recruiting few personnel to strengthen our support service department and also for our Sales/Marketing division . COMPANY PROFILE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -----

: The person should have sound knowledge regarding
a) installation of Different types of Computers, Different type of Printers, OS and standard application Software installation, Configuration of LAN in different Networking Architectures and
b) Troubling shooting of Different IT Hardware, Networking.
c) He should have fluent in communication with the customer and have quality of convincing the customer for further business from the same customer.
d) All the installation and support service as above is to be done in different Customer places generally in and around Kolkata. However in certain cases the installation and support may require in different districts of West Bengal for which the candidate should be ready to visit.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (BSc) in Computer Science/ Diploma in CSC
Should have 2-3 years experience in this field. Freshers also can apply.
