We are happy to inform that,we are looking for Incident Manager at Allianz Technology.

Position :Incident Manager
Experience :3 to 5 years
Location :Pune/Trivandrum
Notice :30 days (max)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and managing incident and problem management tools and processes
Responsible for quality review and adherence for 2nd level operations.
Coordinating interfaces between incident management and other service management processes
Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident/problem management process
Track and ensure KPI adherence
Producing management information
Monitoring the effectiveness of incident/problem management and making recommendations for improvement
Work with the ITSM Service Manager to develop and document IT Incident Management policies, processes, and procedures based on ITIL standard methodologies
Ensure the quality of operations
