The Opportunity:

Adobe Proposal experts play a meaningful role in supporting our growing sales and solution consulting team and have a direct impact on positive strategic new business. Adobe Proposal Managers will analyze, structure, solution, and present the long-term vision to clients and partners by providing innovative, creative proposals-recommending Adobe solutions to solve customer's sophisticated business problems. The ideal candidate will connect with both prospective and existing customers as part of the business development process. This candidate will lead a team of colleagues as they help expand, strengthen, and grow relationships and ultimately help customers realize the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud. This exciting role, you will work on Adobe Commerce and Content and personalize opportunities while helping the sales team to build and deliver engaging proposals. Facilitate discussions on any red flags identified through review of RFx.What you'll do:

• Manage the proposal plan from submission to submission
• Hold kick-off and debrief meetings
• Delivering accurate content in an established timeline
• Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Strong time management / prioritization skills.
• Strong written English language skills

What you'll need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent advanced degree
• Familiar with skilled with word processing and graphic programs (Office Suite, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong leadership abilities
• Project management skills in delivering on-time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
• Mentality of a creative self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
