• Provide a delightful shopping experience to customers.
• Help maximize sale sat all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs.
• Demonstrate ways to increase store productivity.
• Participate in all store operations efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines.
• Advise garments and fits to customers.
• Assist in selling at store. Maintain their department with pilling, jiffy, stock replenishment etc.
• Sales achievement against target numbers
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Create sales strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Respond to customer satisfaction, complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Involvement in visual merchandising of the store.
• Understanding customer buying behavior.
• Should have fashion/ apparel background.

Graduate or MBA

5+ yrs experience
