Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics (AL, SL)
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

  • Suggest and organize team building activities

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of call center Domestic BPO
  • Knowledge of Customer Service
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, effectiveness and teamwork skills to empower, influence and reach resolution with direct reports, colleagues and leaders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and escalations
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
