Hiring for Relationship Manager at Shriram Life Insurance Company
(WORK FROM HOME)
Profile: RM-Female
Experienc: min 2 yrs
CTC: upto 6 lacs
Location:
Banglorre, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune,coimbtore,Vishakhapattanam, Manglore, Kocchi, Mysore, Bhuvneshwar
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Ability to influence and engage with people
- Having excellent track record in sales (preferably field sales)
- Experience in Insurance sector is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
v Responsible for driving and achieving sales targets through the assigned agents by providing right solutions to the customers both on the field & tele-calling
v Relationship management-Managing the stakeholders as well as the assigned agents
v Acquisition of new agents through constant interaction with stakeholder
v Monitor closely the recruitment process and suggest remedial measures to avoid any leakages
v Ensure smooth transitioning of agents from stakeholder to SLIC and hand-holding of the recruits
v Team Management-Motivate the team and drive sales
-Hand holding the team through Joint calls, demonstration etc.
-Ensure right selling by all team members through regular training

- Ability to motivate and manage Team/People Management
- Market/Product knowledge (Insurance) will be an added advantage
