Desired Candidate Profile
Job Title: Production Support Engineer (.Net, SQL Background)Position Type: Permanent
Experience: 3-6 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities
SQL, SQL Server, .Net (MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework), IIS, Windows is MUST.
Should be able to analyze, design, deploy, test and independently code
Readiness to work in 24X7 environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and doing root cause analysis (RCA)
Good to have PLSQL, Oracle. PostgreSQL
Good Communication and analytical skills.
Ability to learn / understand and adapt to new technologies.
Providing post deployment support for upgrades / changes / enhancements done on production (Live) Environment.
Should have good knowledge and experience of production Support process.
Knowledge of IT architecture / infrastructure & SDLC practices.
Ensure continual knowledge management.
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Should be aware of L1, L2, L3 Support Model
Experience with handling production and customer issues
Qualification
3 to 6 years of Industry Experience
Should be from the Software Development Background
Must have worked in .NET SQL based data driven Web Application Product / Platform Building
