JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: AM- Production Shop in CNC
Location: - Gurgoan / IMT Manesar
Experience Require: - have 8-15 years experience in the related field of manufacturing of machines / sheet metal processing, specialty in CNC operations and functions with compliance of contemporary quality standards
Qualification:- Degree / Diploma ( Mechanical )
Candidate Should have the knowledge of CNC programming and CNC functions.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

1.Should have exposure to CNC Turret Punch machine and CNC Brake press
2.Should have good interpersonal skill to control and guide the workers.
3.Committed to work to ensure , On Time Delivery.
4.Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and awareness on 5-S.
5.Working knowledge on CNC software for CAM /CAD /CNC programming.
6.ERP working knowledge would be an added advantage
7.Awareness of ISO-9000 and ISO-14000
8.Able to maintain Production related periodic MIS reports.
9.Preventive maintenance of CNC machines.
10.Sound knowledge of engineering drawing is desirable.

Responsibilities:

1.To complete production targets as per PPC plans.
2.Timely delivery of Customer Order / Machines.
3.Will be responsible to maintain the desired quality standards of sheet metal components processed by CNC machines.
4.CNC tool management. Sourcing,Procurement, repairing,maintain tool inventory .
5.Preventive maintenance of CNC machines.
6.Timely indenting of sheet metal Raw materials, CNC tools & CNC spares.
7.Preparation of periodic MIS related to Production.
8.On line maintaining ERP records related to production.
9.Maintaining ISO records of process control.
10.Process improvement thru innovative methods using contemporary technology.
11.Maintaining Lean Manufacturing at shop floor and maintaining 5-S as per laid down standards.
12.Maintain discipline at shop-floor and maintain good interpersonal relations.
