Job Description

Day to Day Operations (Floor display in order,
cleanliness & hygiene to be maintained by supervising the house
keeping staff, customer handling, inventory control, sales & marketing
etc.).
Manpower - Attendance, rostering of the staff, ensuring discipline in
terms of punctuality and dress code, person hygiene etc.
Cash - To ensure cash is deposited on daily basis in the pre-designated
bank and retain the receipt for reco.-credit card/debit card slips to be
retained for reco.
Inventory of the stocks & non-saleable merchandise to be maintained
in the store log book & weekly stock take to be done
Indenting of stocks on daily basis & customer home delivery to be
ensured as per norms.
Store Log Book to be maintained with details as under:
1) Store opening & closing procedure to be followed.
2) Customer feedback to be maintained updated on daily basis.
3) Display stands and product talkers & other props (non-saleable
decorative) count to be maintained.
4) Offers to be updated from time to time with details & duration.
Sales report to be sent to seniors in daily basis before the store close
time as per the format.
Customer feedback to be shared with seniors from time to time.
Marketing initiatives to be supported with ground level actionables
both in & outside the store.
