General Summary:
HR Business partner to certain departments in Goa providing HR support and mentorship on all matters. Responsible for HR MIS and analysis of all entities in India. Responsible for EC/SAP reporting and analysis and ensure accuracy of data that fosters into payroll. Drive employee engagement activities.
Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of employee records, conducting employee orientations, verifying qualifications of candidates, special projects and ensure proper communication to employees.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the assigned business teams in end-end management of employees by providing strategic HR guidance as required.
  • Assist employees with record changes and company policies by accessing policy information when requested to keep employees accurately informed.
  • Assists with requests for creation of Position numbers and raising requisitions in EC SuccessFactors.
  • Assisting newly joined employees with Salary restructuring and sharing the data with HRSS for salary restructuring
  • Assist with all workflows of the employee lifecycle in EC including compensation and job information changes such a merit restructuring, promotions, equities, lateral transfers, resignations and termination.
  • Conduct or assist with new employee on-boarding process by completing benefit forms, completing documentation, answering questions regarding policies and procedures and providing payroll with information on new employees.
  • Conduct Monthly New Employee Orientation sessions along with the business leaders
  • Support special projects such as Power BI implementation, HR process improvements etc.
Reports & Analysis:
  • Preparation and analysis of various reports including HC management reports and other data as the need arises.
  • Build and maintain employee files and records by accurately completing forms and advising employees of options to align with company, state and federal legislation.
  • Prepare HR and business update presentations, Web attendance management system reports and other statistical information for internal and external use.
  • Sending FNF Statement to Finance as and when required
  • Update on a monthly basis Salary database and Attrition/ separation file
  • Prepare and maintain PIP tracker, disciplinary tracker, FNF tracker for the Goa site.
Quarterly - Highlights and Lowlights
  • SAP v/s Database Audits, Audit data information for finance audits
  • Provide management with information regarding pay increases and pertinent reports such as costing reports on a monthly basis and as and when required.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, provide inputs for quarterly magazine/newsletters, coordinating and conducting employee activity/ social events.
Education & Experience required:

Master's in related curriculum such as Human Resource Management with 1-3 years of experienceSkills Required:
  • Relevant experience includes HR generalist experience or experience handling HR matters for large groups of employees
  • Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and critical information. Experience handling such information is preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven strong interpersonal skills in effectively taking care of employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to effectively prioritise.
  • Must have a high level of initiative and be able to work efficiently without constant, direct supervision.
  • Must have strong digital literacy of MS office particularly in Excel (formula and analysis), PowerPoint and Word, Skills in BI/reporting tools like Power BI would be a plus.
  • SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
