Job Description
:- Excellent knowledge of products Manufacturing as well as basic testing of Home Care Products like Floor Cleaners, Toilet Cleaners, Glass Cleaners, Liquid detergent etc. as well as personal care products like Shampoo, Hand Wash , Etc.
- Lay down procedure to implement GMP GLP norms and ensure documentation compliance
- Define AQL for incoming raw material and components
- Develop R&D base to meet cost, quality (manufacturing and product), and innovation requirements
- Handle team of QC & QA chemists.
- Development of new formulation as per the business demand
- Preparation of documents Registration of product, label compliance with local regulatory authorities
- Lead a team for carrying out activity related to manufacturing procedure
- Good understanding on analytical methodologies
- Understanding trouble shooting of products
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To involve dispense of raw material in association with QA/plant Manager person.
- Co-ordinate with Plant Manager on daily basis to ensure timely completion of process.
- To involve in daily production plan and equipment plan as per batch requirement.
- To maintain and control manufacturing process as per standard defined process
- Maintain Master Record and maintaining sustain product manufacturing
- Direct involvement in the product development process
- Documentation of RM and finished products under respective regulations
- Conduct plant audits as well as FDA inspections.
- Regulatory record maintenance viz. Job Card, BMR, Quality Control records, COA, and Stock/Inventory Registers etc.
Skills:-
- Must come from the home care/personal care background.
- Worked for the majority of their career in the development of formulations for personal care products.
- Familiar with Drugs Control Deptt. & BIS regulations.
- Ready and able to work on multiple product formulations at the same time, with a view to develop
