Job Profile:-

Minimum 2 years of Field Sales Experience

• Minimum 3 Years in same Location
• Field Sales Experience mandatory
• Candidate has to Stay along with Family(Not in PG)
• Candidate have to recruit the Financial Advisors
• Through Financial advisors employees have to do Business(Sales)
• Financial Advisors are Off Role & Get commissions for the sales
• Employees will get Salary & Incentives for Sales Done by Financial Advisors

 Candidate Expectations :

 Age : 25 -40 Years

Qualification : 10+2+3(Degree or Diploma)

Candidate should possess very good knowledge of local Geography

Should possess good network/Lead base/contacts in specified geography

Shows interest in earning incentives and field sales
