We are Hiring for Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Job Role: 

• Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying Tractor LCV CV Construction Equip ,CAR , New & Refinance business for the bank in Semi Urban & Rural geography.
• Tie up with potential dealers / Brokers / Referral agents for achieving business volumes consistently.
• Ensure high degree of customer service.
• Manage Sales /Brand promotion activities thr. KMBL branch network and field level sales promotional activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

• Qualification Graduate for E0 / M1 . Undergraduate for D0 grade .
• Min experience 1 + years in NBFC / Banks /Dealerships in related field of Tractor /CAR/Two wheeler / CV finance.
• Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Sales ability of a very high order
• Excellent written and oral skills.

• Willing for extensive travel
• Team worker
• Flexible to handle adverse situations
