We are looking for an e-Learning specialist who will be an integral part of the content team in the area of creating, developing, revising and enhancing e-learning module deliveries. A usal day in an e- Learning Specialist will include creating the structure of the course on eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, brainstorming with team to come up with interactive games and activities and support content development projects for clients, from various domains and with various learning needs.

JOB Description:

Design, Develop & modify e-Learning modules using authorized tools like Articulate, Captivate etc.
Interact with clients and internal team to understand the requirement and objectives of eLearning courses
Design and create Wire-Frame i.e. Course flow, navigation and other course elements and requirements as per scope of work
Develop e-Learning modules as per Story-Board and narrative scripts

Design and develop variety of e-Learning activities, e.g. Business Games, Quiz, Assessments, Simulations, etc.
Curate the elements of e-Learning courses as per the learning theme and story board
Modify and create images, gifs and simple animation using various creation tools and software
Review created content for errors and incorporate changes recommended by internal and external stakeholders
Testing and finalizing courses to make them SCORM complaint
Configure and manage e-Learning content on CGX Learning App
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within the set delivery goals and deadlines

Job Specification:

Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in developing e-Learning modules using authorized tools.
Software & Tools Experience of using eLearning authoring tools - Articulate or Captivate and proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
Projects Handled experience on developing e-Learning modules for corporate learning initiatives
Qualification Any Graduate with relevant experience
