Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
- Gather requirements, analyze, design and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing.
- Perform production support and enhancements to interfaces for Oracle Core HCM and 3rd party systems such as Payroll, Benefits Management, Active Directory
- Develop and support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Fusion Middleware and Payroll/Benefits providers including data encryption
- Document code consistently throughout the development process
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality - Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and management to define new (and enhance existing) features that are aligned with this organization's overall long-term strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with bachelors degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field
- Expertise in HR data extraction and HR Data Loads
Experience in SQL - Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight and work well in a collaborative environment
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and be self-directed
- Ability to work US time zone
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM experience
- Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.
- Experience managing application SOX reviews
