We are looking for RPOs (US IT Recruiter) to join our Team in India. The job description is as below:

Role/Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 2+ years
Work Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Permanent
Shift Time : 12pm to 9pm

Job Description:

In-depth knowledge of US staffing
Have good knowledge of US visa classification and working status
Have handled skills like Java, android, dotnet, QA, etc
Handling the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Use Internet recruiting and various networking strategies to source qualified candidates
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the business to determine if the applicants are suitable to your requirements
Efficiently serve requirements within turnaround time
Should have excellent communication skills
