We have an immediate Openings for International Non voice process- Telecom at Chennai location.

Experience required: 1-4 years

Salary range: 1.5 LPA - 2.5 LPA

No of vacancies: 50

Work location: Chennai- Thoraipakkam

Shift timing: 12 PM- 9.30 PM/ 1 PM- 10.30 PM JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Skills:

• Min 1 year of experience in Telecom domain (Customer support/Customer service /Voice/Non voice)
• Min 1 year of experience in Telecom domain with Technical knowledge (Networks/Order management) will be an added advantage.
• Should be flexible for Mid Shift.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience with strong customer focus.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis.
• 5 days working (Based on requirements, required to work on Saturday's)
• Sunday Fixed Weekoff

Educational qualification: Any degree / Diploma( 15 years of education Mandatory )

Note: Freshers NOT Eligible.
