Job Description

Role: HR Executive

Responsibilities

Manage employee & other data, prepare & publish dashboards (using excel) on a day-to-day basis to be shared with business & internal teams

Ensure data remains up-to-date & accurate and is maintained in accordance with agreed deliverables

Provide support for day-to-day HR/business activities as well as interacting directly via phone/e-mail with managers and employees across the organization

Effectively execute all duties and interact with various stakeholders in a proactive, friendly, professional, and service based manner

Collaborate with various teams in HR & IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified in HR Systems / data

Perform administrative tasks and execute assigned HR process activities & any other transactions

Qualifications

First-level university degree or equivalent experience; Freshers with full time MBA can also apply

Must have good English communication, data management, email drafting & Microsoft excel skills

Should have clear thought process, good analytical skills and ability to work in a collaborative manner

Having knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, macros preferred
