Job Summary:
The work of the HR Shared Service team is key to supporting the Global HR Team. This team provide the HR face to the business and HR Services need to be delivered with passion and commitment providing a consistently great customer experience and making sure services deliver optimally meeting all policy and compliance requirements. The Services Team also includes responsibility for improvement how can systems, processes and data be optimised to make the service even better and take a pro-active approach to lead not just respond to business requirements.
HR Shared Services is a global support team that acts as a central point for Global HR Business Partners
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Whilst a recognised HR qualification would be preferred, we would consider applications where equivalent knowledge and expertise has been obtained via experience
Demonstrable success in an HR Service delivery role including off-shored service delivery
Excellent understanding and experience of working with HRSSC systems preferred
Responsibilities
Seamless execution of a full range of duties related to global/local HR processes including (but not limited to):
- Administration of global/local HR processes
- Document, communicate and explain details of end to end processes and policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to effectively respond to queries and questions within defined SLAs
- First point of contact for HRBPs via the HR Shared Services mailbox
- Ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated
- Ensure compliance with and delivery against HR Shared Services service level agreements
- Cultivate networks across a variety of functions and locations to enable excellence in service delivery
- General administration duties and ad-hoc project work as required
- Understand and initiate workflows and liaise with various departments regarding workflow content
- Provide support for audit requests ensuring that they are handled in a timely fashion, and provide information as needed
- Responsible for accurate e-filling and storage of employee records within process responsibilities
- Mail merge letters as required
- Provide employee reference and/or verification letters as requested
- Enter data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate employee records.
- Provide support on onboarding, exit etc as requested
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are continuously updated/maintained based on knowledge and understanding of processes managed
- Providing data for and preparing routine management information reports and documents and handle ad-hoc report requests as required
