Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the recruitment life cycle.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing candidates using various job boards like Naukri portal, LinkedIn, Referencing, etc
- Responsible for work on Permanent positions.
- Scheduling interviews as per the availability (Teams VC/Telephonic)
- Hiring the niche skills and mapping them in accordance with the process objectives
- Initiating the Salary Benchmarking process for the selected candidates.
- Closing all the job requisitions in an Effective and Efficient manner.
- Coordinating with On-boarding/BGV team to ensure smooth joining of the candidate
- Maintaining trackers for all the sourced/selected candidates
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting to interview and placement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be capable of working with a team or individually.
6 months - 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
Excellent communication skills with a complete understanding of the Recruitment Process.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
Should have Working Laptop, WIFI Network, Phone till the time working from home.
Soft skills :
Communication & Interpersonal - good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the client and team members.
Report writing - clarity of thought, articulation of observation/issues, good command over written language.
